2. What is the difference between handmade artworks, digital fine art, and art prints?

Handmade artworks are individually hand-painted on paper or canvas using traditional artistic techniques. Digital fine art is original artwork created digitally by the artist. Art prints are high-quality reproductions of original artworks printed on premium paper or canvas.

3. Are the artworks hand-drawn or AI-generated?

All artworks are artist-created and carefully designed to maintain originality, artistic expression, and authenticity. While technology may assist certain creative processes, every artwork is curated, refined, and finalized by the artist.

4. What materials do you use for your artworks and prints?

We use premium-quality art paper, archival-grade canvas, professional paints, inks, and printing materials to ensure vibrant colours, excellent detail, and long-lasting durability.

5. Do the colours of the artwork match what I see on screen?

We strive for accurate colour representation. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of certain artworks.

6. Can I request a custom size or personalized artwork?

7. Do you offer framing options?

Yes, we offer framing options for selected artworks. Depending on the artwork and size, you may choose framed, unframed, or rolled packaging options.

9. Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes, selected artworks are available as high-resolution digital downloads suitable for personal printing and display.

10. Can I use digital downloads or artworks for commercial purposes?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all artworks and digital downloads are intended for personal use only. Commercial usage, reproduction, resale, or distribution requires prior written permission or the purchase of an appropriate license.

11. How long does it take to create and deliver an artwork?

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within the mentioned processing time. Handmade and custom artworks generally require 5–15 business days for creation, depending on complexity and order volume, followed by shipping time.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and artwork size.

13. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

14. How should I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork, avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and dust exposure. Framing paper artworks behind glass is recommended, while canvas artworks may be gently dusted with a soft, dry cloth.

15. Will my purchased artwork contain a watermark?

No. Purchased artworks, prints, and digital downloads do not include watermarks. However, artworks may include the artist’s signature as a mark of authenticity.

16. What is your return, refund, and cancellation policy?

Due to the custom, handmade, and delicate nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
